BRIDE OF CHUCKY
That was the caption on the screen when Keith Olbermann discussed the impending marriage of Prince Charles to Camilla Parker-Bowles on his MSNBC show COUNTDOWN last night. This is typical of the attitude the Olbermann displays on his show. It's apparently gotten so bad that those who have kept an eye on CBS and Dan Rather with RatherBiased.com referenced a new site that does the same for Herr Olbermann.
Most have had a negative view of Prince Charles affair with Camilla during his marriage to Diana, but now that Diana's gone, and any hope of reconciliation as well, at least he did the honorable thing by Camilla and proposed marriage. What actually surprised me about the Diana story was that, given the attitude of the press, no one wrote an account of the accident that killed her with the title: DIE PRINCESS DI.
